About Megan
Experienced public-sector leadership. Practical execution.
Megan Baumgartner brings 15 years of public-sector experience, including 11 years in municipal government and four years in state government. Her work has included economic development, redevelopment, public-private partnerships, property transactions, business attraction and expansion, and complex municipal initiatives.
Throughout her career, Megan has worked alongside elected officials, municipal staff, developers, property owners, legal counsel, financial advisors, and technical teams—helping move opportunities from initial discussion through negotiation, public approval, and implementation.
Megan lives in Fishers with her husband, Jeff, and two children, Willa and Beau.
